The Zanmi Lasanté-PARIS association (non-profit, French law of 1901, RNA W751109853, 54 rue du Dr Finlay, 75015 Paris) places great importance on respecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we process, for what purpose, and what your rights are, in accordance with French Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 ("Informatique et Libertés") and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This site does not use any cookies and relies on no audience-measurement or advertising-tracking tools. Your browsing is neither recorded nor analysed, and no data is shared with advertising networks or social media without your knowledge.

The banking information you enter is collected and processed directly by these platforms, according to their own privacy policies; the association never has access to your banking details.

Your data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, and at most for the period required by legal and accounting obligations (in particular for tax receipts). It is then deleted or anonymised.
Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It is shared only with the providers strictly necessary for the association to operate (for example the donation platform) and, where applicable, with the tax authorities.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability.
